We have different travel services, including taxi & cab booking, tours of Gujarat, Gir safari booking, and hotel booking services. We always try to provide accurate information. However, in some cases, information concerning prices, time, or availability of services might vary depending on various factors.
In order to book a service, you will be required to provide accurate information such as your full name, telephone numbers, traveling dates, and the number of individuals traveling. You will be provided with a confirmation either via email or text message.
Kindly review all the information provided on your confirmation form. If you come across any mistakes, please notify us as soon as possible. We shall make every effort to resolve it. Your quick response can greatly help in addressing the problem.
Payment, Pricing & Availability
A booking will need payment in relation to the services chosen. There are some cases when payments will be made entirely before the booking, but in some cases, the payment might be partial. Booking confirmation takes place only after the payment has been made. Prices are subject to change anytime because of the season, demand, or changes made by service providers such as hotels and cab drivers.
Prices will be kept up to date, but in some cases, small errors could occur. In case of price changes after your booking request, we will let you know before making any confirmation.
Cancellation, Refund & Changes
There are different cancellation policies applicable to each individual service. In case of cancellation, there could be a few charges that are applicable to the services. The refund process depends on the hotel, taxi, and safari cancellation policies.
Some bookings, such as a Gir Safari, are governed by strict cancellation rules, which might not provide you with an opportunity to receive a refund in case you decide to cancel. Therefore, it is important to look into our cancellation policy prior to booking.
If you wish to change anything, please inform us at your earliest convenience. Additional fees may be applied for changes.
Responsibilities & Limitations
We help you with booking your service, but do not offer any service directly. Our partners will provide you with their services. We have no control over them. So, we will not be responsible for any delay, cancellation, or anything else because of them.
We will also not be responsible for any other problem that arises out of traffic, weather, etc. It is mandatory for you to provide accurate information and adhere to all travel regulations. It would help if you were polite while dealing with drivers and hotel personnel.
In case there is any issue arising because of inaccurate information or poor behavior on your part, additional costs will be charged. Also, we do not take any responsibility for any unexpected losses or damages incurred by you during the tour.
