Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want to keep everything clear and easy for you. Before you book with Naaz Tour & Travels, please read this policy once. It will help you understand how cancellation works and how much refund you can get if you cancel your booking. We have written everything in a very simple way, so there is no confusion.
Cancellation Rules
If you cancel your booking, the refund depends on how many days are left before your travel date. If you cancel early, you get more money back. If you cancel late, you get less of a refund.
If you cancel your booking 10 days or more before your travel date, you will get 75% of your advance payment back. This means most of your advance money will be returned.
If you cancel your booking 5 days before your travel date, you will get 50% of your advance payment. In this case, half of your advance money will be refunded to you.
If you cancel your booking 2 days before your travel date, you will get 25% of your advance payment. This means you will get only a small part of your advance money back.
If you cancel your booking less than 2 days before your travel date, no refund will be given. This is because last-minute changes are very difficult for us to manage.
Important Points To Remember
Please note that the refund is always calculated only on the advance payment you made at the time of booking. It is not calculated on the total booking amount.
The number of days is counted before your travel date. So, always check your travel date carefully when you are planning to cancel.
If your cancellation comes under a lower time category, then the refund will be given according to that category only. For example, if you cancel within 5 days, you will get a refund as per the 5-day rule, even if earlier you were eligible for a higher refund.
If you cancel very close to your travel date, which means less than 2 days before, then no refund will be given. So, we request you to inform us as early as possible if your plan changes.
Refund Process
If your booking is eligible for a refund, we will start the refund process as soon as your cancellation request is confirmed.
Usually, refunds are completed within 5 to 7 working days. We try our best to process it quickly so that you do not have to wait for a long time.
The refund will be sent using the same payment method that you used while booking, unless you ask us to use another method.
Please remember that working days do not include weekends or public holidays. Because of this, sometimes the refund may take a little more time.
How To Cancel Your Booking
To cancel your booking, you have to contact us directly. This will help us process your request quickly and without facing any difficulty.
In case you contact us, kindly provide us with your:
- Full Name
- Booking details
- Date of travel
These details will be useful for us to locate your booking and verify the refund amount you are eligible for. As soon as we have your request, we will verify it and let you know the refund amount according to the timing of your cancellation. You will be guided in case anything else is required.
